Very disappointed charging $67 to diagnose something that is already diagnosed. The issue is a cracked muffler. You just need to give me a price. Ridiculous, also something you should’ve mentioned when on the phone with the customer not just surprising them after they drive over.

My experience with Trinity Automotive was fantastic! It was a super last minute appointment due to my car battery dying the morning I was trying to get to work. Nick did such an amazing job accommodating me, fitting my car into their schedule, explaining the process clearly so I understood everything and even provided me with a courtesy car to use as a replacement so I could still get to work. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and the team was great at communicating everything. I received a detailed report of the status of my car which helped to reassure me that everything was in good working order. I would highly recommend Trinity Automotive to anybody looking for transparency, trustworthiness and reliability with an autobody provider :)

I recently took my truck to Trinity Automotive for some air suspension issues and had a great experience! The communication was great, the detailed inspection report and pictures were greatly appreciated and despite the fact that the part needed was on back order, they found a good quality used part in a short amount of time and got everything fixed up for me.
