Avoid this shop for anything more than an oil change (which are much cheaper across the street) They have no consideration for customer's time. Estimates are always essential but I'd also recommend a promise of completion. Do better Trinity Auto.. do better.

Hi Brian, we earned this 1 start, I am sorry we were not able to get the work done in a timely manner and did not communicate well/ at all with you regarding the delay. To pour salt on the wound we forgot to put the locking key back in the car :( . I do appreciate your candid feedback, we will work to do better.

Been going there about 4 yrs now. Always been happy with the service. They send pics of things to do with car which is a bonus and send a list of things that could upcoming issues which is great to know. They don't force services down your throat. Will certainly go back

Had a tire pressure issue, and Trinity was enough to provide an appointment that very day that too free of charge.

It was my first time at trinity auto, and they were absolutely great. Mark, who I spoke to was excellent in communicating all the services, very patient with any questions and concerns. The invoice was very detailed explaining all the charges. They were even able to tell me any other issues with the car and broke it down in another invoice detailing all the prices. I also got a level 2 detailing of the car and IT WAS GREAT! Extremely happy with how clean the car was. I would 💯 recommend this business.

Have always been happy with the service and interaction with the people at Trinity! They are always in contact letting you know what’s going on with your vehicle! Have been back many times because of this!!

As always, top notch service. From the front desk staff to the mechanics in the garage....100%. My own personal observation...it may cost a little more than the 15 min in/out shops....but you get what you pay for and Trinity Automotive is worth every penny!
