I had a last second emergency with my breaks on my truck and needed them fixed ASAP as I was heading out to a cottage trip 4 hours away the next day. I expressed the urgency in my situation and without hesitation, Nick and his crew were able to get me in. They took a look at everything, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed the same day. To top it all off, the total price that I owed was almost $500 less than what he originally quoted. I found Nick to be honest, but most importantly, I felt as though he cared about my situation and wanted nothing more than to get my truck back on the road so I could drive it safely. They were very informative and I love the text message service and the breakdown of estimates to what needs to be done immediately and what can be done at a later date. Nick at the front did a great job of keeping me posted all day! My only moment of panic was when they closed at 5 and hadn’t heard from them, and their phones go straight to voicemail. Luckily they were just working late and responded to my text to keep me in the loop. My car is running a lot smoother than when I brought it in, very happy
