They have the process mastered. They tell you what it costs to diagnose an issue. They diag the problem and then quote you an estimate accompanied by pictures and suggested repairs. You either approve or decline , then pick up your vehicle once it’s done. Every time I deal with Nick at Trinity I’m continued to be impressed with their level of service. He’s got me out of a few jams and I’ll always be thankful for that.
