Told them my car wouldn’t start, said they couldn’t do anything and now the car has completely died as I head home for work. It started to stall in their parking lot but I thought the money and time spent by the mechanics would actually do something. Now my car won’t start, so thanks for that. Edit: Last time I spent more than manageable for a problem that has now erupted. I’ve been here almost 3 hours and the tow truck I have can’t tow it. He laughed at the issue present, as it doesn’t make sense. I understand not finding the problem, you still charged us for your time. I’ve spent more time out in the cold after work than you guys spent on the car. If we take it back, I need a guarantee. Now we have to wait for another truck to take it, so unless your willing to pay me the 25 per hour I make for the time lost, your empty gestures of towing my car will remain just that. Absolutely disappointed. I left a message with my number. Not cool to charge me and have me stranded a month later. Especially when I knew of this issue. Edit: The car is now in working condition. Turns out the problem with the car starting was something called; a starter. That could’ve been a good place to start.
Hi Matthew, I am sorry to hear the car has broken down on you, when you were in back on April 4 we did our best to isolate the cause of your intermittent no start concern, there were no symptoms ( the car stated every time) when it was at the shop and we could not find any evidence to support any recommended repairs at that time, we did our best to communicate this to your mom as she was the point of contact. If you need a tow in do not hesitate to contact us and I am certain with symptoms present we will be able to get to the bottom of the issue promptly and have you moving as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
