THE BEST mechanic I have ever been to. I have had some pretty lousy luck with mechanics. It would seem most of my interactions were with people that were looking to bandaid the problem rather than get into the problem to fix it. When I stepped into Trinity Automotive, i came in worried and skeptical (due to my past experiences). After 5 minutes I alredy felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulder. The organization and systems that they have in place was something that I had never seen at a car shop before - I was impressed. The customer service followed - Nick was kind and listened to all the issues I was facing (there were a lot). They provided me with a quote - and mentioned that it was in the higher end - as it's better to be safe than sorry. I was already raving about the shop - and then I got the report (image below is just a glimpse of what you get as a report). Not only did they diagnose my car, but now I have a full report that I can reference easily from my phone and in language I understand. Nick then took the time to go through the report with me, and make sure any questions I had were answered. The only downfall about this shop is that I don't live in Stoney Creek - and it will most likely be a one time visit. For anyone that is looking for a mechanic - Trinity Automotive not only delivers on the service they provide to your vehicle - but they go above and beyond in customer service as well.
