I called Trinity bc the generator in my RV wouldn't start. Nick was excellent on the phone and spent time to explain the possible issue, the diagnostic service cost, and was able to get me in the next day. He suggested it still might be under warranty...which it was!!! It turned out to be the carburetor, so he ordered a new one. I had to wait a few days bc of the Christmas holidays but he had me right back when they reopened and an hour later, it was working and that was it. Nick was a pleasure to work with, esp around communication. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend Trinity Auto.

The guys at the front desk were very nice and polite. They provided a fair quote and beat it by a few dollars when the work was completed. They got me in for my appointment fairly quickly and it didn't take them long to complete the work. If definitely recommend Trinity.

I have driven by this garage for years and always noticed that it is quite busy. (In my mind, busy shows that they must be giving great service). I recently noticed that they are offering winter tire storage for $40. I drive a newer model car that is still under warrenty, so I havent had a chance to experience Trinity's expertiese, but the dealer charges $100 for the same winter tire storage. I stopped by Trinity Automotive to see if I could store my tires with them. Nick and Curtis helped me with all of my questions, and to boot they even took the tires out of my car for me. (I Dident even get my hands dirty) and true to their word, it was $40. Even though they were not making any profit from me, they gave me White Glove Service! My Wife's Jeep will need some repairs soon, and I am definitely bringing it to Trinity Automotive!!! With the excellent service that they provided on a simple $40 Tire storage sale, i'm looking forward to having them work on the Jeep!
