They are always upfront with you about costs before they start the work. No obligations, no sales gimmicks, just the honest facts. More mechanics should operate in this manner.

Trinity Automotive was great to deal with. At the end of the inspection, they send you a report breaking down what requires fixing on your vehicle. Added bonus that they lend you a car for the day while yours is in the shop!
