I took my vehicle to Trinity Automotive to have a fuel repair done. Right from the start, I had amazing customer service from the front desk receptionist. I was shopping around at the time to get best prices, and I was already set here due to the way they handled business. Fast forward 3 quotes later, Trinity beat all surrounding mechanics. From start to finish, the work done was seamless, and they did everything they could do to save me money at every turn. I could not recommend this mechanic more. I will be recommending my entire family to use them if needed in the future. Thanks again, Trinity!

Went to Trinity for the first time last week. My car seemed to make a new rumbling sound, and I needed it looked at asap. I went to a few garages in the area and none of them had available appointments for a few days. I walked into Trinity and Mark was just fantastic! They took my car in right away. They were kind, courteous and professional. I’m not a car guy and they took the time to explain things to me, and did not ask me to do any unnecessary work. They got the car fixed in a few hours. They seem like honest people who care about their customers. I will definitely go back to them.

I last brought my car about a year ago, meant to review and never got around to it. But here we go Giving em two stars because there is a physical building and I like how they email you the quote, but beyond that I can't speak to much else. Be really be careful bringing your car here. I brought my car here about three times and I have been having issues ever since. My check engine light literally never turns off anymore and I have replaced all the parts I am getting error codes for. My current mechanic says its due to a previous mechanic, aka trinity auto, overfilling my car with oil. "Generally, when one fills a pool, you don't fill it all the way to the very top. You fill it to a predetermined level below the very top. In your case, the pool was filled to the point it overflowed and is flooding the lobby" And ya, upon giving me that analogy he showed me all the places the oil went. Safe to say that check engine light is never turning off. Also, if you want to save money research any of the quotes they give you. I understand business is business but its expensive to live in Canada, especially the GTA, and these guys aren't necessarily helping the cause.
