I was stranded 4 hrs from home, after business hours, and broken down on the qew at rush hour. Aaron from metro towing company recommended trinity automotive and we left my Jeep there overnight. When I called in the morning to explain my situation they already had a preliminary assessment, found my keys and were working to pull the vehicle into the shop. They were helpful, courteous, professional and great to deal with. Within hours they had fixed the major issues, and provided a 12 page assessment with pictures to outline several other concerns with my vehicle. They fit me in and completed the work and got me safely home..... all on a Friday!
