Most car owners have issues at some point. My car had a muffler rattle, my presumption that a shock absorber was malfunctioning. In addition my car was ready for an oil change. As Trinity Automotive is in my neighbourhood, I googled to determine whether Trinity Automotive would be an appropriate company. The reviews were 5 STAR and I was impressed. I went inside and noticed that it is aesthetically a clean operation which reflects on the owners. I had a warm welcome from Nick and outlined my issues with my car. He set-up an appointment for the following day at 9.30 a.m. I arrived at 9.15 am and was greeted by Bob with a beaming smile as Nick was busy. He advised me that they would conduct a 45 point review of any other issues that I was unaware of. It made sense. He advised me that he would have an estimate for me by 2.00 p.m. And this is what refer to as professionalism. I received a text message and an estimate by email on time. I did not have to wonder around. There were two options in the estimate. I called Bob and he intimated the options and showed me how to save two thirds of the cost. I was extremely happy and asked him to go ahead with the repairs as well as the oil change. Being a Senior, I was elated. Being a believer that the best thing a company can do for the competition is to give mediocre service. Trinity Automotive were professional, friendly, cost conscious for the customer and provided excellent service. Thanks, you have my business in my community. I have no hesitation to recommend your services to anyone with an automobile.
