I'm always well taken care of no matter how small the job. I'm trading my car in, and there was this sudden squeaking. Bob was friendly and helpful the moment I walked in. He listened and noted the symptom noises my truck was making. Later that day after mechanical inspection, Bob provided an email with an estimate to repair, and photo of a problem area to help me see the issue. Neil and Bob were very professional about servicing my Infiniti. Very happy with their explanation of the diagnostic scan results, plus the final price to me was much cheaper than their estimate. The use of a loaner car was a nice touch.
