Very professional and very capable!!!! This was my first experience with Trinity and I was blown away with their detailed inspection. I am a mechanically savoy person and am quite knowledgeable in this field, at no point did I ever feel like I was being pushed into decision or did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. I felt very much relaxed leaving my $100K business truck in their hands as much as I would feel perfectly comfortable trusting with them with my family mini van. Their services are some of the finest and the technicians polite and respectful.

I recently took my car in for new brakes. It had been a while since I had my car in to Trinity and this time I was in their new location. It was easy to find, and I liked it a lot. The space is clean and neat, and comfortable.. I was impressed with how improved the overall atmosphere is. The service was still very good. The communication was clear, the opinion of what was needed was reasonable and helpful and I always appreciate the guidance on what needs to be done now and what can wait, and why. The inspection/service report was the best I have seen. The format, detail and the photo's along with the explanation provided were comprehensive and quite easy to understand. I was completely satisfied with both the quality and price of the work done. I don't mind paying the price when I know I am getting an honest deal. They are honest and knowing that I can trust them is probably the most important quality of Trinity for me. (I've been ripped off by other mechanics in the past.) They demonstrated their honesty again this time and it confirms to me that I made the right choice to bring my car to them and will do so again..
